The tradition of 108 sun salutations is typically performed upon the change of seasons or at the beginning of soemthing new! It's an offering to yourself and the community that participates alongside you and at the same time we will raise money to Baarncancerfonden! Join 10 of our house teachers and faculty who will take you trough 18 sun salutations each, in their own unique style and pace. YES it's doable! YES it's fun and YES you will feel super charged for the New Year!
