90 km för barn med cancer - från Sälen till Mora (i mammas minne)

En irländare i Älvsbyn lär sig längdskidor från noll och tränar nästan varje dag till 1 mars 2026. Jag åker Vasaloppet – 90 km från Sälen till Mora – för att samla in pengar till Barncancerfonden, i min mammas minne.

Crazy, insane, weird... maybe all at once? 😅

I am an Irishman living in Älvsbyn who is learning to cross-country ski and training almost every day until Vasaloppet 2026 – 90 km classic from Sälen to Mora, the world's oldest and largest cross-country race in classic style.

Cancer is very close to my heart. I lost my mother to cancer five years ago on her 51st birthday. I can't imagine what a child and a parent go through. That's why I'm pledging blood, sweat and tears to raise money for the Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation and give hope to children and families who are struggling right now.
