#linkedinsalibachallenge event a success.

I recently volunteered to support my good friend Michael Saliba, founder of the LinkedInSalibaChallenge where people can help connect those looking for work, with those who are looking to employ.

Not being a motivational speaker, I let my camera do the talking, creating new headshots for 40 people who stood in line and waited patiently during the breaks in the event to get a new LinkedIn profile photo.

Unlike in the studio, each person doesn't get much time in front of the camera, but with good lighting and some on the spot coaching we managed to get some great headshots.

It's a pressure situation, exhilharating and fun, and for those not used to being in front of the camera it can be a daunting experience, hopefully my experience of doing such on location headshot shoots over the years kept the nerves down and the humour levels high.

After fielding questions from the majority of those I photographed asking if they had to pay, I decided that as this was an event sponsored by Barncancerfonden that if they should pay anything, then it should go to the charity, I had given up my time to support Michaels event, so it would be a deserving cause.

Thus, this collection was created and will be continued to be used for future events where I can support the fund.
