New Nordic challenge unlocked! 🏃❤️
We’re launching RUN FOR LIFE, a Nordic charity challenge where we come together to raise money for a good cause......while giving our Nordic Leadership Team a very good reason to start training.

And there’s a small twist:

The more we raise, the further they have to run.

The challenge will take place during our Nordic Leadership Summit at Hönö, 21–23 September.

How does it work?
It’s simple:

You donate.
Our leaders run.
Kardex doubles it.

For every contribution made by our employees, Kardex will match the donation 1:1.

So if employees donate €500, Kardex adds another €500, giving us a total donation of €1,000. Twice the impact from every contribution.

The Run for Life Challenge
Here’s where things get interesting.

The milestones below show the total amount donated to charity, including both employee donations and Kardex’s matching contribution.

So, for example:

Employees donate €300 + Kardex adds €300 = €600 total → 5K unlocked.

And the more we raise, the longer the Leadership Team runs...

€600 TOTAL → 5 KM UNLOCKED 🏃
A nice little warm-up. Everyone should still be smiling at this point.

€1,000 TOTAL → 10 KM UNLOCKED 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
Now things are getting slightly more serious.

€2,000 TOTAL → 20 KM FINAL CHALLENGE UNLOCKED 🔥
Reach our final fundraising goal and the Leadership Team will take on the full 20 km Run for Life Challenge at Hönö.

No pressure, obviously.

But every rule needs an exception...
If, against all odds, we reach €3,000 in total, the Jörgen Clause will be activated.

Big Boss Jörgen will then have to run an extra 10 km, bringing his maximum distance to 30 km. 🏃‍♂️💨

Everyone can be part of it
Taking part and donating is, of course, completely voluntary.

But there may be a few other ways to get involved along the way...You might get the chance to influence:

👕 What they wear on race day
😈 A few surprises we probably shouldn’t tell them about yet...

And then... we run. During the Nordic Leadership Summit, the Leadership Team will take on the distance we have unlocked together.

There will be sweat.

There will probably be some questionable running techniques.

There will definitely be photographic evidence.

But most importantly, together we will make a meaningful contribution.

And every contribution will have twice the impact, thanks to Kardex matching what we raise.
